If you are having an issue with your site builder and have reviewed the appropriate training videos, on your control panel dashboard you should see a highlighted button titled 'SUPPORT" to create a new ticket. that's where you should be, not here.
If you are unable to log in, you are in the right place if you haven't received a reset password email (check spam).
Please allow up to 48 hours for a resolution provided you have supplied our support team all the specific information required and site name you are referring to, and preferably a screen-recording of the issue in order to expedite the determination and resolution to that particular issue. Please only submit 1 issue per ticket.
