If you are having an issue with your site builder and have reviewed the appropriate training videos on your dashboard, you should see a highlighted button titled  SUPPORT  to create a new ticket. That's where you should be, not here.
 

If you are unable to log in, you are in the right place if you haven't received a reset password email (check spam)

Please allow up to 48 hours for a resolution, provided you have supplied all of your account information and site name you are referring to, and preferably a screen-recording or screenshot of the issue in order to expedite the determination and resolution
